These Terms and Conditions apply to the drinks promotions offered at New CourtYard and are subject to availability and the venue’s discretion.

Offer Details

New CourtYard is pleased to offer the following promotions:

  • 50% off your first drink for customers who present a valid bus or train ticket or MetroCard.

  • 50% off your first drink for customers who present a valid gig ticket.

Eligibility

  • Offers are available to individual ticket holders only.

  • Customers must present a valid travel or gig ticket dated for the same day the offer is being redeemed.

  • Gig tickets where New Courtyard or Liverpool’s Royal Court/Royal Court Theatre are the venue are not valid for these offers

  • Each eligible customer may claim the discount on their first drink only.

  • One offer per person, per day.

Availability

  • Offers are valid Tuesday to Sunday during normal opening hours. The venue is closed on Mondays.

  • Offers can only be redeemed at the bar and are not available via online/QR code ordering.

Restrictions

  • This offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

  • The offer is applicable to one drink only per valid ticket holder. No multiple claims will be accepted for multiple tickets.

  • The drink must be purchased by the ticket holder and consumed on-site.

General Terms

  • Proof of age will be required for any alcoholic beverage purchase. New CourtYard operates a Challenge 25 policy.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.

  • This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at busy periods or due to operational reasons.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the 2-for-1 Pizza Sundays offer, which is promoted by New CourtYard. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the following terms:

Offer Description

Receive one free item when purchasing a second item of equal or greater value, every Sunday at New CourtYard. The cheapest item will be free.

Offer Dates and Times

  • This promotion is valid every Sunday during standard opening hours.

  • Offer is only valid during these specified days and times.

Qualifying Items

The following items are included in the 2-for-1 promotion:

  • Kids’ Menu – all items

How the Offer Works

  • The offer applies on a like-for-like basis within eligible categories (e.g. buy one pizza, get another pizza free; buy one dessert, get another dessert free).

  • Items cannot be mixed across categories (e.g. a pizza and a drink together do not qualify).

  • For every two eligible items ordered in the same category, the cheapest item will be free.

  • Customers can take advantage of the offer across multiple pairs in the same visit (e.g. 2 pizzas, 2 desserts and 2 drinks = 3 free items).

  • Items are subject to availability.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the New CourtYard Student Free Pizza with Drink Purchase Offer, which is promoted by New CourtYard. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the following terms:

Offer Description

Receive one free 8-inch pizza with the purchase of any qualifying full-priced drink during the promotional period at New CourtYard.

Offer Dates and Times

  • This promotion is valid from 12:00pm to 8:00pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, starting Tuesday 9 September 2025.

  • Offer is only valid during these specified hours and dates.

Qualifying Drinks

The following drinks are eligible for the promotion when purchased at full price:

  • Pints of draught beer, cider or Guinness

  • Bottled beers

  • Wine

  • Spirits (excluding shots)

  • Pints of Post Mix soft drinks

Exclusions: Hot drinks (e.g. tea and coffee), shots and shooter-style drinks are not included in this promotion.

Note: Drinks purchased under the Student Drinks Offer (discounted pricing) do not qualify for this promotion.

Pizza Allocation

  • One 8-inch pizza of your choice will be provided per qualifying full-priced drink purchased.

  • The offer is for one person, one drink and one pizza. Additional pizzas are not available for free if additional drinks are purchased.

  • Any additional pizzas must be purchased at full price.

  • Pizza options are subject to availability.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the New CourtYard Student Drinks Discount Offer, which is promoted by New CourtYard. By taking part, participants agree to be bound by the following terms:

  • Students can purchase selected drinks at discounted prices on production of a valid student ID card.

  • Offer prices are as follows:

    • Pints of draught: Becks Lager, Mahou Lager, Camden IPA, Kopparberg Cider, Guinness – £3 each

    • Single spirit and mixer – £3 each

    • Alcopops: VK, WKD, Smirnoff Ice – £2 each

    • All shots – £1 each

Eligibility

  • Offer available to students only.

  • A valid student ID card must be presented to bar staff at the time of purchase.

  • The offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the student whose name appears on the ID card.

Availability

  • Offer is available during standard opening hours, Tuesday to Sunday (closed Mondays).

  • Subject to availability. The venue reserves the right to withdraw or amend the promotion at any time without notice.

Restrictions

  • Offer applies only to the drinks listed above.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the membership discount at New CourtYard and apply to all holders of a valid New CourtYard Membership Card.

1. Offer Details

  • Members of New CourtYard are entitled to 10% off all food and drink purchases, including alcoholic beverages.

2. Eligibility

  • Discount is available only to holders of a valid New CourtYard Membership Card.

  • Membership card must be presented at the time of ordering to claim the discount.

  • Discount is valid for use by the cardholder only and is non-transferable.

  • Cardholders will not get a discount if buying for other people.

3. Availability

  • The discount is available Sunday to Thursday, and Fridays until 7:00 PM.

  • Offer is only valid during these specified hours and dates. The venue is closed on Mondays.

4. Restrictions

  • This offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

  • The offer does not apply to private hire events, group bookings over 8 people, or special ticketed nights unless expressly permitted.

5. General Terms

  • Proof of age may be required for alcoholic drinks in line with our Challenge 25 policy.

  • Management reserves the right to:

    • Refuse the discount if the membership card is not presented or appears invalid.

    • Amend or withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.

  • Misuse of the membership card may result in cancellation of membership.

By using your membership discount, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any decisions made by the management.
