These Terms and Conditions apply to the drinks promotions offered at New CourtYard and are subject to availability and the venue’s discretion.

Offer Details

New CourtYard is pleased to offer the following promotions:

  • 50% off your first drink for customers who present a valid bus or train ticket or MetroCard.

  • 50% off your first drink for customers who present a valid gig ticket.

Eligibility

  • Offers are available to individual ticket holders only.

  • Customers must present a valid travel or gig ticket dated for the same day the offer is being redeemed.

  • Gig tickets where New Courtyard or Liverpool’s Royal Court/Royal Court Theatre are the venue are not valid for these offers

  • Each eligible customer may claim the discount on their first drink only.

  • One offer per person, per day.

Availability

  • 50% off your first drink for customers who present a valid bus or train ticket or MetroCard is available from Tuesday - Thursday 12:00pm to 6:00pm

  • 50% off your first drink for customers who present a valid gig ticket is available during standard opening hours, Tuesday to Saturday (closed on Sundays and Mondays).

  • Offers can only be redeemed at the bar and are not available via online/QR code ordering.

Restrictions

  • This offer is not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

  • The offer is applicable to one drink only per valid ticket holder. No multiple claims will be accepted for multiple tickets.

  • The drink must be purchased by the ticket holder and consumed on-site.

General Terms

  • Proof of age will be required for any alcoholic beverage purchase. New CourtYard operates a Challenge 25 policy.

  • Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.

  • This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at busy periods or due to operational reasons.

KIDS EAT FREE - CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the New CourtYard Kids Eat Free promotion, which is promoted by New CourtYard. By taking part in the promotion, customers agree to be bound by the following terms:

Offer Description

  • Receive one (1) free kids’ meal (kids’ main, dessert and drink) with the purchase of one (1) 10” pizza.

  • The free kids’ meal must be selected from the Kids’ Menu.

Offer Dates

  • This promotion is valid during the Christmas school holidays, from Saturday 20 December to Saturday 3 January, inclusive.

  • Offer is only valid during these specified dates and during standard opening hours.

Eligibility

  • Offer is valid for children aged 12 and under.

  • The free kids’ meal must be redeemed in conjunction with an adult purchasing a qualifying 10” pizza.

How the Offer Works

  • One free kids’ meal per qualifying 10” pizza ordered.

  • Multiple free kids’ meals may be claimed in a single visit if multiple qualifying 10” pizzas are purchased.

MERSEYRAIL LUCKY DIP FREE DRINK VOUCHERS

These terms and conditions apply to the Merseyrail Local Business Week voucher, which is promoted by New CourtYard. By redeeming the voucher, participants agree to be bound by the following terms:

The Prize

  • Each voucher entitles the named winner to one (1) free drink at New CourtYard.

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and has no cash alternative.

Eligibility

  • Valid only for the winners during the Liverpool Royal Court lucky dip at James Street station on Friday 3 October 2025.

  • Each voucher is individually issued with the winner’s name and a unique code.

  • Only the person named on the voucher may redeem it.

  • The voucher may not be sold, copied, transferred or exchanged.

Redemption

  • To redeem, the winner must:

    • Present the voucher (digital or printed) at the bar, and

    • Provide the unique code printed on the voucher.

  • Staff will verify the name and code against the official winners list and mark the voucher as redeemed.

  • Once the code has been used, the voucher is void and cannot be reused.

  • Valid for one qualifying drink only

  • Voucher must be redeemed by 11pm on Saturday 24 January 2026.

  • Drink options are subject to availability and at management’s discretion.

Restrictions

  • Lost, damaged or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the New CourtYard Student Free Pizza with Drink Purchase Offer, which is promoted by New CourtYard. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the following terms:

Offer Description

Receive one free 8-inch pizza with the purchase of any qualifying full-priced drink during the promotional period at New CourtYard.

Offer Dates and Times

  • This promotion is valid from 12:00pm to 8:00pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, starting Tuesday 9 September 2025.

  • Offer is only valid during these specified hours and dates.

Qualifying Drinks

The following drinks are eligible for the promotion when purchased at full price:

  • Pints of draught beer, cider or Guinness

  • Bottled beers

  • Wine

  • Spirits (excluding shots)

  • Pints of Post Mix soft drinks

Exclusions: Hot drinks (e.g. tea and coffee), shots and shooter-style drinks are not included in this promotion.

Pizza Allocation

These Terms and Conditions apply to the New CourtYard Student Drinks Discount Offer, which is promoted by New CourtYard. By taking part, participants agree to be bound by the following terms:

  • Students can purchase selected drinks at discounted prices on production of a valid student ID card.

  • Offer prices are as follows:

    • Pints of draught: Becks Lager, Mahou Lager, Camden IPA, Kopparberg Cider, Guinness – £3 each

    • Single spirit and mixer – £3 each

    • Alcopops: VK, WKD, Smirnoff Ice – £2 each

    • All shots – £1 each

Eligibility

  • Offer available to students only.

  • A valid student ID card must be presented to bar staff at the time of purchase.

  • The offer is non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the student whose name appears on the ID card.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the membership discount at New CourtYard and apply to all holders of a valid New CourtYard Membership Card.

1. Offer Details

  • Members of New CourtYard are entitled to 10% off all food and drink purchases, including alcoholic beverages.

2. Eligibility

  • Discount is available only to holders of a valid New CourtYard Membership Card.

  • Membership card must be presented at the time of ordering to claim the discount.

  • Discount is valid for use by the cardholder only and is non-transferable.

  • Cardholders will not get a discount if buying for other people.

3. Availability

  • Discount is available during standard opening hours, Tuesday to Saturday (closed Sundays and Mondays).

4. Restrictions

  • The offer does not apply to private hire events, group bookings over 8 people, or special ticketed nights unless expressly permitted.

5. General Terms

  • Misuse of the membership card may result in cancellation of membership.
