These Terms and Conditions apply to the drinks promotions offered at New CourtYard and are subject to availability and the venue’s discretion.

1. Offer Details

New CourtYard is pleased to offer the following promotions:

• 50% off your first drink for customers who present a valid bus or train ticket or MetroCard.

• 50% off your first drink for customers who present a valid gig ticket.

2. Eligibility

• Offers are available to individual ticket holders only.

• Customers must present a valid travel or gig ticket dated for the same day the offer is being redeemed.

• Gig tickets where New Coutyard is the venue are not valid for these offers

• Each eligible customer may claim the discount on their first drink only.

• One offer per person, per day.

3. Availability

• Offers are valid Sunday to Thursday, and Fridays until 7:00 PM.

• The venue is closed on Mondays.

• Offers apply during normal opening hours within the valid days/times.

• Offers can only be redeemed at the bar and are not available via online/QR code ordering.

4. Restrictions

• Offers are not transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

• The offer is applicable to one drink only per valid ticket holder. No multiple claims will be accepted for multiple tickets.

• The drink must be purchased by the ticket holder and consumed on-site.

5. General Terms

• Proof of age will be required for any alcoholic beverage purchase. New CourtYard operates a Challenge 25 policy.

• Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or withdraw or amend this offer at any time without notice.

• This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn at busy periods or due to operational reasons.

By participating in these offers, customers agree to comply with these terms and any instructions from venue staff.

New CourtYard Opening Giveaway –

These Terms and Conditions apply to the New CourtYard Opening Giveaway competition, which is promoted by New CourtYard. By entering, participants agree to be bound by the following terms:

1. The Prize

• Pizza Night for up to four (4) people, including:

• A £50 bar tab

• All You Can Eat Pizza for up to 4 people

• The All You Can Eat Pizza element is available for a maximum of two (2) hours from the time of seating.

• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

2. How to Enter

• Entry is available via:

• Instagram – by following New CourtYard, liking the competition post, and tagging friends as required.

• TikTok – by following New CourtYard and engaging with the competition post as instructed.

• Email sign-up – by subscribing to New CourtYard’s mailing list via the official entry form or website.

• Only one entry per person per platform is permitted.

3. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.

• Proof of age and ID may be required upon redemption of the prize.

• Employees of New CourtYard, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across all platforms.

• The winner will be contacted via direct message or email, depending on entry method.

• The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in another winner being selected.

5. Redemption

• The prize must be booked in advance, subject to availability.

• The winner and their guests must attend together and claim the prize in a single visit.

• The £50 bar tab is valid on the day of the booking only and any amount not used during the visit will be forfeited.

6. General Terms

• New CourtYard reserves the right to:

• Withdraw or amend the competition or prize at any time without notice due to events outside its control.

• Refuse entry or disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms or engages in inappropriate, fraudulent, or dishonest behaviour.

• The competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or TikTok.

By entering the competition, participants confirm they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
